Cancellation Policy
By booking any service with Houston Auto Details, you agree to the following terms: Deposit Requirement A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost. No appointment is confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Deposits may be transferred one time to a new date if proper notice is given. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be declined for future bookings. Pricing & Condition-Based Adjustments All pricing is starting price only and is subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and severity (pet hair, stains, excessive dirt, mold, etc.). Final pricing will be confirmed upon arrival or after reviewing photos. If the condition is worse than expected, additional charges may apply before work begins. Service Limitations While we strive for the best possible results, 100% stain, odor, or defect removal is not guaranteed, especially in severe cases or where damage has penetrated beyond surface level. Some issues (deep odors, mold, paint defects, etc.) may require additional services or may not be fully correctable. Access & Service Conditions Client must provide safe and adequate access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. This includes sufficient space to work and safe working conditions. If access is not provided or conditions are unsafe, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Weather & Mobile Service Conditions As a mobile service, weather can impact scheduling. If weather conditions prevent safe or proper service, the appointment will be rescheduled at no penalty to the client. Personal Belongings Please remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to your appointment. Houston Auto Details is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left in the vehicle. Pre-Existing Damage Houston Auto Details is not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: worn upholstery, loose trim, sensitive electronics, paint defects, or previously damaged surfaces that may worsen during normal cleaning processes. Payment Terms Remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept approved payment methods provided at booking. Failure to pay may result in additional fees or legal action.
